Agencies in Maraetai Bay, Marlborough

Georgia was immediately enthusiastic about marketing my property and understood the emotion behind our family's decision to sell our bach. She made sure the property was photographed and videoed to show the place at its best and capture its ambience. Throughout the selling period, she kept me well informed and was quick to check details and request further information for interested clients. I was well prepared for the auction process and Georgia worked hard to make sure that there were a number of potential buyers thus ensuring a good and competitive auction. There was a lively bidding war and I received more than I anticipated. She worked consistently and intelligently to make sure the auction was a success. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an agent.

Right from the start, Emily showed an enthusiasm and real interest in selling our property. She knew the area well and so was able to pitch the marketing to the right buyers and enhance the special characteristics of the property. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided a detailed and timely update on how the campaign was tracking. She has a good sense of humour and an ability to both empathise with and anticipate any concerns. The result was quick, decisive and well beyond what we had hoped for. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an agent and anticipate she will treat both vendors and buyers with the same courtesy and professionalism she did us.

She was able to tailor our marketing just right and things seemed to go very smoothly from start to finish. Took a lot of the pressure off us because she was also mindful around open homes and viewings to suit our family schedule.

Carolyn was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to help make our purchase a smooth transition. Great communication, especially helpful, since we were in the North Island , buying in the South Island! Highly recommended

Easy communication and straight forward experience
