Zena stood out from the beginning. She was pro-active in finding out I was 'thinking about selling" months beforehand. She kept me updated with the market and comparable properties, even prior to listing with her. During the auction campaign Zena worked incredibly hard and maintained a positive but honest overview of the market and viewing feedback. Willi quickly set up a group chat on Whatsap as my sister and I were selling our Mum's house following her death. My sister lives on one side of the city and I'm on the other side; Mum's house was not easy for either of us to get to regularly. The group chat was great. Advice was excellent and he was always the consummate professional. Thoroughly recommend.
