Dalbir sold my property in Mangere. I got a presentation from several agents but he was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and realistic as to price achievable, as the market was almost at its lowest point . He did the open homes , gave good feed back and was again honest with his summery of the potential buyers. We SOLD by auction and under the hammer on the day After the auction and up till settlement good communication continued, so yes I would recommend Dalbir , he was very good.
