Although we didn’t end up proceeding with purchasing at that time, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and kept in contact with us (we are based in Australia), sending through properties that she thought we might be interested. 6 months later, we reconnected to inspect another property that her group was listing. She spent a lot of time with us, making sure all of our questions were answered and she helped us to make an offer that was ultimately accepted by the vendor. In the end, we bought the perfect property for our needs and we couldn’t have done it without Marlene. Throughout the entire process she was warm, honest, inquisitive and accommodating. She made the process of purchasing a property very easy - I cannot recommend her highly enough.
