Our property had been on the market for 5 months without a sale prior to Team van Lienan getting involved. John & Michelle gave us real confidence that they saw what was special about our property, and how to present it to the market. With a clear vision and strategy agreed the photos and video were done with some small tweaks to some rooms, and complete layout changes in other rooms. John, Michelle, and Kristen were moving the furniture, doing the heavy lifting, and we were very impressed. The people who came to view the property seemed to arrive with a pretty good idea of what type of a property they were coming to consider, and while it wasn’t for everyone I believe the marketing had delivered with serious interest and not really any tyre kickers. We had to wait a while longer for the sale but team van Lienan remand committed to the extent they ran open homes on the Sunday and Monday of Kings birthday weekend just in case it would get us the result we were all looking for. Many thanks to Team van Lienan and particularly Michelle who really put in the leg work with the open homes, following up all leads of enquiry, chasing the Lawyers along, and ultimately got us the result.

Once again Damien was tasked with selling our property. As usual he handled it amazingly and constantly kept us informed. It took quite a while to sell but can't fault Damien at all. We love Damiens sense of humour and his professionalism. Unfortunately we have no more properties to sell so won't need Damiens services but we highly recommend him.

We absolutely aesthetic about how Damien was throughout our purchase! We work with one mortgage broker who flat said no. Damien came back to us with details of an amazing lady who got us straight over the line, we couldn't be more happy with this
