I stumbled across James by accident by requesting a Harcourts valuation, And James was the one who responded to my request. James came over and did his valuation and came back to me a few days later back with a fair pricing, (Unlike another company who quoted tens of thousands less, for a quick sale) James was very pleasant and honest to deal with. I was impressed with his professionalism and kind nature all at once. I promised him I would be in touch, when I'm ready to sell. During that time James kept me up to date with houses sold and their prices in my neighborhood. Once I was ready to list a few months later. James did another valuation, and I was ready to get on the market. As I was finding it extremely stressful doing it, whilst on shift work and having anxiety. James was very helpful and supportive throughout the process and put my mind at ease, on many occasions. James remained very supportive throughout the whole process as well as keeping an eye out for a new property for me that ticked all my boxes. I found James to be very knowledgeable in his job and always striving to get the best result for me. James was in frequent contact with me, with updates on progress status, James happily worked around my shift work re open homes etc. And the end result was fantastic. he got the price for my home in the price range he valued it at in the beginning. (None of this asking to drop price after 3 weeks of listing, as I have experienced in the past with other agents) Al in all I would most definitely recommend James Dwyer as your real estate agent 100 % + you can't go wrong :) Professionalism, dedication, drive and friendly persona are a strength you want in an agent. Liz knows her onions! She has a great wealth of experience and gave me confidence in the knowledge everything was in hand. We had regular weekly meetings but felt able to contact Liz regarding any concerns or questions and she always made herself available like we were her only clients. Liz made the transition of selling and then buying a property smooth and seamless especially when you've never done this before! I felt she had our best interests at heart but was honest, practical and realistic while striving for a good price outcome. Chris was an amazing agent to help us with our first house. He has fast replies and answered every question we had, making the whole process as easy as possible. We dragged him along to many open homes and he was always ready to give his honest opinion, even letting us know when a house wasn't good enough. This was great as we felt we could turst him fully to find us what we were looking for and not just set us up for a quick deal. Our first meeting with Chris had us inside an open home within 20 minutes! we went from not knowing where to start, to diving straight into a very exciting and nerve wracking journey.
