Kelly was very knowledgeable about the property and was immediately able to provide full info on both the house and Wanaka market. Remotely Kelly was able to arrange a building assessment and assisted us in gaining a good understanding of the home and the location - he even went to the trouble of getting extra photos taken once we left town and couldn't remember a couple of aspects of the location. Throughout the process Kelly was a very good communicator and all of our requests for further information or updates were promptly and cheerfully responded to.
