Alanna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain things clearly, made sure we understood our options, and helped guide us through some important decisions around financing and selling our home. We never felt rushed, and her approachable, personable manner made what can be a stressful process much easier to navigate. The only part of the experience I didn't enjoy was the whole team walkthrough, which felt quite intrusive and confronting. However, that wasn't down to Alanna and doesn't reflect the service she personally provided. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and really appreciated Alanna's support, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the journey.
