We were fortunate when we walked in off the street to be allocated Lisa Courtney and Jacqui Ding. Jacqui and Lisa worked hard on our behalf. We found them polite, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of their work. They and their associates manged to get 9 bidders for our property. Hence it went for more than they or us anticipated. Thank you Jacqui and Lisa.

We were introduced to Jacqui through a friend of ours. At first, we were a little hesitant, as we had originally planned to work with another agent to sell the property. However, immediately after meeting Jacqui in person, we felt she was the right person to work with. She is experienced, honest, and truly passionate about property. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the seller’s needs, which gave us great confidence in her from the beginning. We trusted her completely, and she absolutely proved herself. Jacqui worked incredibly hard to attract as many buyers as possible to the auction, and we ended up with eight registered bidders. The strong competition led to a very quick sale at a price well above both our expectations and the reserve price. We were extremely happy with the outcome and would love to work with Jacqui again in the future. We highly recommend her!

Selling a home while living overseas felt like a daunting task for us, but working with Jacqui Ding made the entire process seamless and genuinely stress-free. From the very beginning, Jacqui took ownership of the whole process and managed everything from start to finish with incredible professionalism. Being overseas and both of us having demanding work schedules meant we couldn’t be hands-on, but Jacqui handled every detail for us. She coordinated the preparation of the property, managed communications, and kept us updated at every stage so we always felt confident about what was happening. What really stood out was her dedication and responsiveness. Despite the time difference and our busy working lives, Jacqui was always accommodating and made herself available whenever we needed to discuss something. She went above and beyond to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. The result speaks for itself. Jacqui managed to secure a fantastic price for our property after only one week on the market. This was especially impressive given the current downturn in the New Zealand property market. Her strategy, market knowledge, and negotiation skills clearly made a huge difference. We are incredibly grateful for Jacqui’s hard work, commitment, and genuine care throughout the entire process. If you are looking for an agent who is trustworthy, proactive, and truly invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients, we cannot recommend Jacqui Ding highly enough.

Very good Man, able to assist us everything that we need information, very courteous and polite. Keep going. All the best Andy!

We've worked with Andy since 2016 and he has now sold five properties for us, including both our own homes, investment property and development properties. What we appreciate most about Andy is that he genuinely cares about getting the best result and is there to help every step of the way. He has always been very hands-on, from giving advice before the property goes on the market, through the marketing and sales process, right up to settlement day. Even after settlement, he's always been available if we needed help or had questions. One of Andy's greatest strengths is his ability to identify what makes a property special. Rather than treating every listing the same, he takes the time to understand the property's unique selling points and knows how to position it so it stands out from the competition. We believe this has played a big part in helping our properties attract strong buyer interest and achieve the best possible prices. The property market hasn't always been easy during the times we've sold. Some of our properties were listed when market conditions were quite challenging, but Andy never gave up. He stayed positive, kept working hard, and always communicated openly about what was happening in the market. In the end, every property was sold and we were very happy with the prices achieved. After five successful sales together, Andy has earned our trust and continues to be our go-to person whenever we're buying or selling property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is dedicated, reliable and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

He have professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions throughout the buying process. He kept us informed at every stage, provided valuable advice, and worked hard to ensure everything progressed efficiently.
