We had a fantastic experience working with Kelly on the sale of our home and were able to achieve a great result. Kelly was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and laid out a plan that landed us with a contract that suited our situation perfectly and allowed the process to be as stress free as possible. Thanks a lot Kelly!

Having been a real estate agent in the past, I found very it difficult to charge my Clients fees up to 4%, plus advertising costs, therefore I searched for a great real estate company/Agent that charged reasonable fees, discovering Arizto, in particular, Kelly Anderson. Arizto’s fees are a total of $15,000 (inclusive GST) that include all sale fees and advertising costs, excellent photographs, walk around video and floor plan. I engaged Kelly and from the date she initiated the marketing of my home, we had three weekends of open homes, three offers and sold my home for a price exceeded my expectations.

Friendly, very knowledgeable about the market, great commission rate Would certainly recommend to others

We were really happy with Jannetta as our agent throughout the sale of our home. She was kind, caring and genuinely supportive of our family during what can be a stressful process. We were selling at a tricky time of year, but Jannetta was always honest, reliable and kept us well informed. She worked hard to support us in achieving a price we were happy with and we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. We really appreciated her professionalism, communication and the personal care she brought to the process. We would happily recommend Jannetta to anyone looking for an agent who is hardworking, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her clients.

A recommendation lead me to Jannetta, from the minute we met we clicked, and it’s been a fabulous relationship since then. Her attention to detail regarding the sale of my home was outstanding. The Arizto model keeps you in touch with what’s going on, although Jannetta, keeps you constantly informed, regarding every viewing, comments etc. Jannetta and Magenta are honest and hardworking and do everything you would want to get the perfect outcome. A fabulous price for your home. ❤️

We have sold properties through Jannetta on two occasions. Certainly with the first property, we were extremely doubtful that Jannetta could get us the sale price she had estimated for us. However, she delivered on her promise and the sale price of our property far exceeded our expectations. With our second property, the market appeared to have slowed down somewhat but Jannetta found a buyer in a very short space of time and we were able to move forward with our plans. We have sold a number of properties over the years (Jannetta having sold the last two) and we will certainly use her services again when the time comes. We can't recommend her highly enough.
