Nicole is very professional and knowledgeable. We have sold quite a few properties in the past and she is well and truly the best agent. Right from the start she communicated with us on how she would like to sell our property and why that was. She is a great listener and got us straight away, we felt very comfortable leaving the sale to her. There were a few unexpected things that popped up, which would have sent us on a tailspin. Nicole told us to leave it with her, and everything was handled. She truly went over and above. The end result was Nicole got us the price we wanted and we are extremely happy.

Kevin was very clear that his professional advice was worthy . I understood and followed it . I also appreciated that he made himself & his time available , for example when the buyer moved her furniture in , he was there . I would have rated Kevin higher except for his one blemish . He ignored the signs & entered my home with his boots on . Even tradesmen don't do this . Soooo disrespectful .
