Her communication is outstanding, she gave me explanations every step of the way, so the process was easy and I got weekly updates on open homes and inquiries. There was never any trouble in answering my questions and queries, and these were all answered in a way I could understand. Linda surrounds herself with a team of experts, so when we had an issue with council, she was able to recommend the right person who helped rectify the problem. She has a very personalized approach with my best interest at heart. Linda has expert market knowledge of the area which was evident from our very first meeting a year prior to putting the home up for sale, she was not pushy but waited for me to decide on a date for starting the sales process. The whole handling of the sale could have been very stressful but Linda’s professionalism and calm knowledgeable approach meant that it became an easy process. Marcus was really nice to deal with, nice personality not pushy. Had good knowledge, good at getting back to us with answers to questions. Nothing was to much he just fitted in with times that suited us your viewings and final inspection etc. went beyond the call of duty and fixed an issue we had when we moved in. Gave us a nice house warming gift. Really good guy can not fault him.
