Terry and Gio listened to what we were looking for rather than just trying to sell us a house. They brought that knowledge and their deep understanding of the market to our search. We reluctantly looked at the house we bought as we didn’t think we’d like the area. Boy were we wrong. Thanks Terry and Gio.

As a first home buyer, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing. Once Terry and Gio were made aware of this, they guided us through the process checking in on us to make sure we understood what was happening.

Terry and Gio were easy to communicate with throughout the process. We felt good about buying with them — no pressure, just clear and firm guidance with no fluff, which helped us feel certain about every step. We were so confident in them that we’re trusting them to sell our home too. Highly recommend.
