Vince was the perfect agent to have to sell my house. It's not easy when you are on your own to go through the process of selling off your home of 30 plus years, especially as it was a little different to the average property. Vince put in so much hard work. It was sometimes very frustrating dealing with the prospective buyers, who were so far away, but with his professionalism, market knowledge, and patience we eventually arrived at a happy outcome. It was so reassuring for me to have his guidance, through the sales process. Vince is a good communicator, so I was always kept in the loop with what was happening, which was most important. Not only did he sell my old home, he also found me my new home. He understood what I was looking for and now I am happily ensconced in a lovely private dwelling close to town, just what I was looking for. Leanne McKinnon was excellent to deal with for the sale of our apartment in Paihia. The market was very slow but she showed determination in trying to find a buyer and kept us well informed with what was happening along the way.
