If you get the chance to work with Sacha Webb, take it. From the very first meeting both she and Jane Entwistle (part of her team) genuinely understood what we had and how to position it. And not just professionally, they were visibly excited and enthusiastic about the prospect of selling it, which gave us real confidence from the start. We took a long time getting ourselves and the house ready to go on the market. Matt was very patient with us, did not pressure us at all and just let us know he would be there whenever we were ready. He offered excellent advice on a few things to tidy up before sale. Matt has a no-nonsense approach and was transparent about fees and costs. There have been no surprises. His communication is excellent and responsive and he was up front and honest about the market and the value of the property. This was confirmed when we had three offers, all within the range he quoted. He is knowledgeable, professional and knows the market really well. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone selling their house.
