Alison's knowledge of marketing strategy assisted us to make the necessary adjustments and counteroffers till a disappointingly lower (but still acceptable) pricepoint was negotiated. Furthermore, although the negotiation process was somewhat complicated due to matters beyond both our controls (our buyer kept trying to communicate all the negotiations through their solicitor and leave the sales team out of the loop), communication within our team was actively maintained and feedback to us was prompt. Sally (admin) was an asset in this situation. Alison was successfully proactive in keeping the negotiation process moving along. Sarah has a delightlful phone manner and was regular with open home updates and encouragement. Sally (admin) ensured digital support was accessible at all times.
