Most of the time, I agree with this saying. However, Marie is the one that changed the stereotypes that I perceived from an agent. What I like the most about her was that treated me like a dear friend of hers, rather than a client. She exceeded all the expectations I had toward an agent. In every single step, from viewing the house, to making an offer, and then to the negotiation process, all the way to the settlement date, she was there to help. She gave me advice, she showed me ways of searching for the information that I need. She made me feel safe and certain about every decision that I made along the way.
