We chose to deal with Arie directly because we felt he looked approachable and some one we could work with. And we were right. As property investors, we knew what we wanted. Arie was quick to met our demands. Communication was on point. Our deal was negotiated and verbally accepted within the first 20mins of viewing the property. Approximately six weeks after we listed our two sections with Jo Ann and Victoria, Rural Real Estate activity dropped substantially and has remained somewhat deflated for the last four years. Against this background we have had seamless and entirely positive support throughout from Jo Ann and Victoria. Communication in such an environment can be the difference between success and failure and I can say with certainty that they followed up on every enquiry promptly and kept us updated as they occurred. Eventually a buyer came through with an offer that was well below what we were prepared to settle on. To cut to the chase Jo Ann managed to convince him to substantally raise his offer and we as sellers also came to the table. With an unconditional agreement signed we could then proceed with completion of the subdivision. This spun out for a further 11 months until final Council signoff a few weeks ago. Through out the whole exercise Jo Ann and Victoria have been proactive at every turn AND....PATIENT- FOUR YEARS! Melissa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time buyer, she went to every effort to accommodate what I needed, and made my life — and the purchase — so easy and enjoyable! It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! She gave a very strong sense of integrity and was incredibly personable and warm. I thought she did a great job of marketing the home (it clearly worked) and removing any roadblocks I as a buyer had. Not that I plan to buy anytime soon, but if I do, I know that with Melissa I'll be communicating with a straight-talking, honest agent.
