After sharing my brief, he assigned me to Betty. Betty was super friendly and genuinely nice, not pushy at all like another agent I was dealing with from a different agency. She gave me options, and I’m very straightforward with my feedback—if I don’t like something, I don’t like it. Then she showed me this unit, and suddenly I felt, this is it! Even so, it didn’t stop there. It took nearly 10 inspections back and forth for me to fully validate my feelings and emotions.
