We had an amazing experience working with Mitchell throughout the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. One of the things we appreciated most was Mitchell’s help during the price negotiation. He worked closely with us, understood what we were hoping to achieve, and successfully negotiated a much better price for us. Buying a home can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but Mitchell made the process much easier and more comfortable. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed, and guided us through the process without ever making us feel pressured. We truly appreciate his work, communication, honesty, and dedication in helping us secure our new home. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Mitchell to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you, Mitchell, for going above and beyond and helping make such an important milestone in our lives a great experience!

I instantly liked the unit and Mitchell made the journey easy and was very helpful in helping me achieve home ownership. He took the time to explain things clearly and guided me through the process. Mitchell made himself available at all times for any questions I had and had a great relationship with the developer which made things flow quickly. Mitchell went the extra distance to satisfy my requirements in purchasing the apartment.

Ticks all the boxes - good comms, market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism
