Dawn advised realistically, what was a good price for selling, advertising in multiple avenues as well as a bill board, Dawn followed up all enquires, I am Satisfied that she covered every aspect to secure a sale, at an optimal price for the style of property and climate being a bit slow. She put the extra mile in putting me in contact with a plumber and electrician as needed.
