Alex Wu was professional, hardworking, and ultimately achieved a successful sale of our property. From the beginning, he was very positive about the home, praising its presentation, tasteful renovations, and character appeal, which gave us confidence in pursuing an auction campaign with him. Throughout the process, Alex was proactive with suggestions to improve buyer appeal, and there was strong attendance at open homes. As the campaign progressed, buyer feedback led to some adjustments in expectations and strategy, eventually moving away from auction toward a deadline sale. In the end, while the result was a little below our original expectations, we recognise that selling a property is never straightforward, with market conditions and buyer perceptions always playing a role. We appreciate Alex’s efforts, communication, and commitment throughout the campaign, especially as we were preparing for extended overseas travel.
