It’s quite daunting coming into anything property related when you’re a first home buyer, but Vaughan and John made everything that bit easier! Amazing and prompt communication, even out of country, they prioritised helping us get our ducks in a row before they took to the sea! From initial open home to settlement, they have been nothing but honest, dedicated and genuinely helpful. From our experience, the pair could not be faulted as they have made getting us into our first home as easy as can be. A shout out to Amelia also for being so efficient with getting documents over to us and easing that transition from offer discussions to offer acceptance. All in all, we couldn’t recommend them enough! The biggest thanks to the three of you!

Vaughan knew the property very well and could answer most questions we had. He was great at communicating with the vendors to allow us to view the property on back to back days as we couldn't make the open home.

We had a fantastic experience working with Vaughan and John to sell our house. They achieved a sale by our deadline and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their advice was honest, practical, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They are highly knowledgeable about lifestyle blocks, which gave us real confidence that our property was being marketed to the right buyers. Their social media marketing was also excellent and played a big part in creating strong interest in our home. We would highly recommend Vaughan and John to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agents.

Kelvin was recommended to me as an agent who had an in-depth knowledge of the area within which I was selling. This certainly proved to be the case and he offered excellent advice on the method of sale and how to pitch the property. The result was a sale within only a few days of listing. Through the process Kelvin was so good at keeping me informed on where things were at and talking through and explaining a multi offer situation which was handled by Tremains in a very professional manner. I couldn't recommend Kelvin highly enough.

We have worked with Kelvin for over 20 years now and brought and sold 3 properties through him. We have always found him to be honest and trustworthy. His experience in real estate is vast and we appreciate the guidance and advice he has given. Long-term relationships based on respect and trust born of competence are so important in real estate agents.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received throughout both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely went above and beyond what was expected. His communication was outstanding—we were always kept informed, every question was answered promptly, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. One thing that really stood out was his reliability. Every timeline and commitment he gave us was met, which gave us complete confidence throughout the entire journey. His knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. If you’re after an agent who truly cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients, you won’t find anyone better. A huge thank you for everything you’ve done for us. We have no hesitation in saying that we’ll be using you again for any future property purchases or sales and will be recommending you to our family and friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
