We listed our property with Edward in a down market, in the hope we could be able to sell to get into a house we wanted to purchase. We were very honest with Edward about the price we needed and he in turn, managed our expectations about the value of the property. Louise was an excellent agent, who displayed great sensitivity to my position. She had very good knowledge of the Havelock North market, both current and retrospective. She responded very quickly to any communication I had with her and I felt she went above and beyond any expectations I could possibly have.
