Lorraine is a highly experienced agent who always goes the extra mile to provide good help and guidance to her clients. Over the last few years we have always had 5 star advice and communication from start to finish of the selling process. We cannot recommend her highly enough and we would certainly engage her to represent us well ahead of any of her fellow agents.
Lorraine has a great knowledge of the area and the people. We would still be fumbling in the dark as inexperienced sellers and wouldn't have known quite where to start. It was with a very professional guiding hand that got us a very quick sale and a happy outcome.

Will was professional with his knowledge of the property and adaptable with his time, to best suit my requirements. If he was unsure of a question, he would acknowledge this and do his best to find the information. This is a particularly important quality for me, when working with a realtor.
This was not a simple sale being a church. Gavin's & Trina's hard work dealing with the council and getting it all signed off made all the difference, especially with us living so far away. This was the sort of stuff that most agents wouldn't know how to deal with let alone make the effort. They delivered a great result. We are so pleased we chose Trina & Gavin.
