Better communication and trust worth

I have now worked with Jo on multiple occasions and have always found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and super detailed. As a sales person myself in another industry, I appreciate her skills when running open homes and follow ups. Jo is not the agent to say "fill in this form and look around..." instead she gets to know her potential buyers and caters to their needs when selling a property. I highly recommend her .

It is always hard to run a campaign for some one who is an agent themselves but Jo did a great job keeping us fully informed at all times. Jo and her team handled everything from getting the house ready for sale (a painter, a gardener and house wash) to running the open homes herself and insisting on being present when any other agent took their buyers through. In a tough market she was able to produce two cash buyers and several conditional buyers. We now have no where to live but couldn’t fault how Jo handled the sale of our home.
