Melissa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time buyer, she went to every effort to accommodate what I needed, and made my life — and the purchase — so easy and enjoyable! It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! She gave a very strong sense of integrity and was incredibly personable and warm. I thought she did a great job of marketing the home (it clearly worked) and removing any roadblocks I as a buyer had. Not that I plan to buy anytime soon, but if I do, I know that with Melissa I'll be communicating with a straight-talking, honest agent.

We were thrilled with the level of service that we received from Richard and his team. From our initial chat on the phone, about thinking of kicking things off, through to the sale of our home, we were kept fully informed. The communication about everything was exceptional and Richard's lovely calm nature meant that there was no stress at any point. We knew exactly what to expect and when, and at no time whatsoever did we feel any pressure to do anything that wasn't what we wanted. We went to auction with our property, and were welcomed warmly at Lugtons offices, and made to feel comfortable - again there was no stress/pressure at all. We'd have no hesitation at all in recommending Richard and his team to others. Thanks so much again everyone, Marcelle and Mason
