Nicola made selling our house easy, even though it put us through a roller coaster of a time. We had multiple offers fall through (on the buyers end), not for anything being wrong with our house or marketing etc. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, talked us out of a spiral multiple times, remained calm, supportive and made herself available for every viewing, inspection etc. She put her everything into getting our place sold and you could tell !
