Agencies in Greenstreet, Canterbury

We met both Sharon & Malcom through our previous house purchase who gave us confidence knowing they are solid sales agents. Superior knowledge of the market backed up with patience for us to understand the step by step process. Selling your home is a MASSIVE expense and it has to be right, no monies to waste. Sharon & Mel gave sensitive advice to ensure our home looked its absolute best. Photos were amazing and we loved our house all over again. As soon as we were ready to go live they were on Fire! Hugely busy on 1st open home with a multi offer 3 days later. We were very delighted with our offer, enabling us to secure our next home. Sharon did most of our communications and ALWAYS answered/ returned a call. A very clear online dashboard to see our details. The online photos and video clearly engaged potential buyers to attend our open homes. It's amazing what can be achieved when you get the right agents, with smarter selling prices. Looking forward to our moving date. Thank-you Blakies

It has been such a privilege listing our house with Chanelle. Every step of the way Chanelle has been open and honest, quick at communicating, knowledgeable and professional. If I were to sell again, I would definitely be contacting Chanelle.

Nigel and Rachel were both fantastic throughout the sale of our home. They were always friendly, approachable and supportive, making the whole process feel much less stressful. We really appreciated their guidance, communication and willingness to help whenever we had questions. Thank you both for your time and efforts in helping us through the sale of our home!
