Jean was available 7 days a week for questions and answers nothing was ever too hard. Communication was no problem informing me every time she had an inquiry or potential buyer and their feedback. She went over and above with the advertising of the property. He was always so easy to deal with and was happy to answer all our random questions, even when we were texting him at 9pm with something we’d just thought of 😂 Kim was fantastic too. She was so lovely to deal with and went out of her way to help us, especially showing our family through the home after we went unconditional and before settlement. It was really special being able to share the house with our family before we officially move in. You can tell they work really well together and are always on the same page, which made the whole process so easy for us. We really appreciated having both of them involved and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
