Agencies in Gonville, Manawatu-Wanganui

Rob took great care of us as first home buyers and really helped us understand the process.

A friend recommended Nicky and I'm so pleased she did. A loved one had passed away and I was in charge of selling his home. I had never sold a house before and Nicky guided me through the whole experience patiently and politely and above all with a load of compassion. Always respectful through the whole process, she kept me informed every step of the way. Doing what I wanted and striving to get the best outcome for my deceased friend. I absolutely loved her advertising campaign, videos guiding folks through open homes with a happy positive attitude. All the extra little things she puts into her work for her clients makes her an excellent choice for anyone wanting to sell a property and I absolutely recommend Nicky 100%

Colin is excellent to work with. He is professional and communicated at every stage of the process. Colin is a genuine person and great salesman with excellent negotiation skills. He can relate to all ages and genre of people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or engage him as my real estate agent again.

Our agent worked hard throughout the process and was committed to getting our sale completed. She kept us updated along the way and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for your efforts—we appreciate the work that went into achieving a successful sale!

I bought a house, I was treated very well and it made me feel good to have a nice woman assisting me and my interests!

This is the second time I have chosen Rachel to sell a home for me because of her exceptional professionalism and excellent communication. She provided prompt feedback after every open home and went above and beyond with her follow-up of potential buyers. I highly recommend her and won't use anyone else.
