If you're like me and cringe at pushy agents, you'll find none of that with Bev and Jason. Bev has a very skilled and gentle way of working and she gave me space to ponder when I needed it. I felt heard. Sometimes she would introduce into the mix something I hadn't thought of which had a bearing on the situation. Jason has experience in a sector of the building industry, which was an added advantage when prospective buyers asked questions about the construction of the house. A very tricky situation emerged when it was discovered some information was missing from the title. Because of this, I received less money for the property than I would have, as I have indicated below. However, with Bev's guidance, I received more than was first offered by the purchaser after this issue was discovered. I felt I could trust Bev and Jason completely, which is the best thing one could say about those acting on your behalf. I'm very happy with the result they achieved.
