Looking for a new home has been a huge challenge. I spotted a property on TradeMe and had saved it to my watch-list but hadn’t been able to make it to an open home. I happened to drive past the house, saw the property sign and then realised the Auction was the next day! I phoned Judith and her offer to meet me for an urgent viewing was hugely appreciated. With an incredibly tight turnaround - less than 24hrs - I was at the Auction, bidding my way to success, finally! Judith’s flexibility to meet with a building inspector the following morning was hugely appreciated and then follow-up with vendor/purchaser post Auction was impressive - efficient and stress-free! The whole process was awesome!
