Agencies in Fox River, West Coast

James has gone the extra mile in all aspects of the transaction. He has been available at any time to offer any guidance required to what , for an elderly couple can be a daunting experience. He has been understanding and generous with his time and advice. We purchased the house with James as the agent, I was so impressed with his kindness and understanding that I had no hesitation in contacting James to assist in the just completed sale. I have recommended him to my daughter who will contact James in the near future to assist in the sale of her property.

James the eternal optimist took on this challenging listing with great enthusiam. This man operates on another level. The amount of care, time, passion and work that he puts into his listings, buyers and vendors is second to none. I’m not surprised he has been bestowed the title of Christchurch’s hardest working agent. After navigating several challenging issues, James persevered with the property and his vendors to produce an exceptional result. The hard work paid off to produce the highest sale in the block. We look forward to working with James again and will not be surprised to see him break a block record again.

Always pleasure working with Yogesh
