We feel very lucky to have had Sherry help us with the purchase of 10 Kamana Rd. He was always professional and thorough in answering my husband’s questions, e.g when we were concerned about the back side of lot 66, he provided the latest info and supporting evidence, which gave us real peace of mind. When we were asked at short notice to apply for the KO letters, he went out of his way to speak with his lawyer to find out more info for us and did his best to negotiate with the vendor for the extension to our finance condition. My wife, toddler and I had a very very specific vision of what we wanted in our new home and Stella spent countless days driving us all around Flat Bush, showing us everything from older homes to brand-new builds and even properties still under construction. Jun was honestly amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. She was calm, patient, and never gave off that pushy “sales” vibe that can sometimes make buying a home stressful or uncomfortable. She was always super responsive, even late at night, and somehow always managed to get things sorted quickly for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the support after the sale as well. A lot of agents tend to disappear once everything is signed, but Jun continued checking in and helping wherever she could, which we really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend her enough, genuinely one of the best people we could have had helping us buy our home.
