This was the second property I’ve bought through Sharon @ Harcourts. Initially didn’t see the potential in the house, however Sharon was able to sell me the dream and made me realise how suitable the property was for my needs. From the open home on Sunday, to a verbally accepted offer on the Friday, the process was fast and smooth, and Sharon was always only a call away. Selling a house is unpleasant. Shaun and James made the process less-unpleasant

Shaun and James like to sell houses. This is a good starting point. They also have considerable patience. Patience to put-up with difficult vendors harboring unrealistic expectations. Like myself. Shaun is always nicely dressed. I wrote a Haiku to sum up my experience: Weekend disappears. One more open home to host. Sold, then starts again.
