We had our home on the market from June through to December with another agent and didn’t get the result we were hoping for. When I reached out to Lally, he responded over the weekend straight away — the quick communication was exactly what we needed. From the start, Lally had a calm and steady demeanour which made the whole process feel manageable. With work and home life demands, I really needed an agent who could just take the lead — someone who didn’t expect me to come up with ideas, solutions, or take on extra admin to get the house sold. Lally absolutely delivered on that. He came highly recommended, and it’s easy to see why. He knows the area incredibly well, having lived here himself, and is clearly well respected in the community. That local knowledge and reputation really showed. He brought us a multi-offer situation, and his communication throughout was spot on — not overwhelming, but always keeping us informed at the right times. All I needed to do was make sure the house was accessible and presented as best as possible, and he handled everything else. Having him on our team made a huge difference, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t thank Lally enough. If you’re looking for an honest, respectful, and trustworthy agent — look no further. This is your agent.

A patient, friendly, and knowledgeable expert who truly understands his clients’ needs and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Throughout my experience, his communication was clear, prompt, and transparent — he always took the time to explain each step and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions. His market knowledge is outstanding; he provided valuable insights, realistic price guidance, and detailed reports that helped me understand the true value of the property. His negotiation skills were impressive — calm, strategic, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for me. Most importantly, he conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.
