CAROLYN IS SO FRIENDLY, DOWN TO EARTH AND HONEST, WE HAD A LOT OF FUN BUYING OUR PROPERTY. CAN HIGHLY RECCOMEND DEALING WITH HER

We recently sold our bach at Punga Cove with Carolyn as our agent, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Carolyn has a deep knowledge of the Marlborough Sounds, which proved invaluable throughout the process. She is thoroughly professional, maintained excellent communication at every stage, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is actually the second time we've worked with Carolyn, and both occasions have achieved excellent results. Her expertise and dedication consistently deliver outstanding outcomes. We highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Marlborough Sounds area.

She was able to tailor our marketing just right and things seemed to go very smoothly from start to finish. Took a lot of the pressure off us because she was also mindful around open homes and viewings to suit our family schedule.

Carolyn was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to help make our purchase a smooth transition. Great communication, especially helpful, since we were in the North Island , buying in the South Island! Highly recommended
