Leeann was always positive and truly understanding of our desires and motivations. She listened, made suggestions and was led by us through all of the steps of our selling journey. Leeann made us feel as if we had a home that others would love and she was complimentary about how we had it set up. We felt that Leeann's confidence to find the right buyer played out as it went to market and sold in less than a month! Her knowledge of the market and the best time of year to take action was second to none. Post auction she swept into action and her skills as a negotiator were excellent. We would work with Leeann again.

We first met Leeann when she sold our previous property. From that positive experience we were grateful to entrust her with the recent listing of our apartment. Leeann has numerous traits of a top class real estate agent…..Friendly yet professional; extremely knowledgeable; superbly organised; diligent and honest. Communication from her was frequent and to the point. Our entire sale process was stress free with Leeann’s support and confident guidance, ensuring we achieved the outcome intended. I would readily recommend Leeann to anyone considering selling. A top job Leeann …Thank you …..looking forward to the champagne 🥂🙌 Shelley and Richard

We had a really positive experience working with Leeann. From the beginning, Leeann was honest, realistic, and easy to talk to, which we really appreciated throughout the process. She gave practical advice without overpromising, kept us well informed, and was always approachable and down-to-earth while still being very professional and knowledgeable.

Maisam was a great agent, who made the sales process easy and straightforward. He held lots of Open Homes and was proactive in finding a good result for both seller and purchaser. We were pleased at how quickly Maisam sold our property a tough market.
