Great experience. Friendly approach, explained the process clearly.

Buying our first home felt like a daunting process, but working with Max McGillivray made everything smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, Max was exceptionally professional, approachable, and responsive to all our questions. He guided us through every step with clear communication and deep local market knowledge, ensuring we felt confident throughout the entire journey.

First home buyer here. Prompt communication during the negotiation process, demonstrated professionalism throughout the home buying journey. Advised us to narrow down our options when choosing a house, (as it is a bit overwhelming in choosing the right house), hence, we decided to deal with one house at a time. And finally made the decision to buy the house. He was not pushy. Would definitely recommend!

Claudine was a pleasure to communicate with and she was very available for any questions, even dumb ones. :D I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Claudine has been incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of our first home. She's always available to answer questions, responds quickly, and offers honest, fair advice. She made sure we felt confident and comfortable with every decision along the way. She never pressured us, and she kept communication transparent between all parties. We'll definitely reach out to her again if we buy or sell in the future.

Claudine was great, communicated well and went above and beyond for our quick successful sale
