Agencies in Double Hill, Canterbury

Ella was thoroughly professional, proactive, energetic and a wonderful communicator throughout our experience of selling my uncles house. She managed it so well that there was a stunning turnout of bidders at auction, and we achieved a great result for him. I would not hesitate to recommend Ella, her team, or Bayleys again.

Ella was fantastic when I went to sell my property and goes the extra mile nothing is ever a problem and she makes everything smooth sailing and is happy to help with anything which I found great as I live out of town. Ella is very personable and easy to work and has a high attention to detail and really invests her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome. I always knew what was going on with the selling process. I would highly recommend Ella.

Hi, I had seen the property I have just purchased on trademe, as I live in Auckland I couldn’t get down to the open homes, as I was working on the weekends, I messaged Ella to see if I could get a private viewing on the Monday that I was coming down to CHCH, without hesitation Ella messaged me and arranged a time for that day, we arrived at the property just after Ella. Straight away after meeting her I was totally relaxed and was looking forward to seeing the property. Ella was very professional and knowledgeable about everything regarding the property, the surrounding areas and all of the well known schools, cafes etc. Ella also helped me with Power Companies, Insurance Companies etc as I was still living in Auckland at the time of purchase. I would totally recommend Ella for anyone who’s looking to list their property to sell, absolutely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in her chosen profession. Pete
