Agencies in Croydon Bush, Southland

Our experience with Leigh Jackson and Vicki Muir was great, it couldn’t have gone smoother despite the speedy time frame, Leigh was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had and Vicki was incredible at remembering details to find houses that met our criteria, we went from floating between open homes to going to two private views and boom we walked in and knew that was the one, we are very thankful for their help.

Excellent communication and advise

We had the pleasure of purchasing an investment property through Jo Marsh in May 2026. Jo was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. She understood what we were looking for and nailed the brief within 3 viewings. The purchase process was smooth, and each step was communicated faultlessly. She kept us well informed on all aspects, recommended building inspectors, finance professionals and even an insurance broker and then organised a pre settlement opportunity to measure for curtains. We found Jo to be not just professional, but just a lovely person, and she will be top of our list of agents when time comes to sell. Alex and Ben Carter
