Sarouen was simply a lifesaver. She inherited our house from another agency, and selling it was never going to be easy. Sarouen not only managed the sale of the house but the house itself - she would often do tasks that were not really expected of her but if it presented the house better, nothing was too difficult. She is an excellent communicator and is very honest but always positive. She is a hard negotiator and genuinely wants what is best for her clients. She understood the mental load I was under with selling the house and took it upon herself to totally manage the property for me so that I didn't have to do a single thing. Most of all, she just cared so much for our circumstances and wanted nothing more than to help us move onto the next chapter.
