Steven was great to work with. He was an excellent negotiator from the vendor's perspective but as a buyer he was a bit pushy. Maybe more phone negotiations rather than in-person negotiation(because weather for one was very bad while we were negotiating and convenience) If I'm going to sell a property in future, I'll definitely come to Steven because he can get you what you are looking for.
