Brandon was professional and responsive throughout the purchase of our home at 1 Noble Court and successfully guided the transaction through to settlement. Communication was generally clear, and he was available when questions arose during the process. However, as buyers, the experience felt quite one-sided at times. We understand that an agent's primary responsibility is to their vendor, but there was limited engagement with us beyond the core transaction itself. Following settlement, there was no follow-up to check how we had settled into the property or whether everything had been handed over as expected. We also encountered some additional items left behind by the sellers that required our time and effort to remove after taking possession. While this may not have been directly within Brandon's control, it did impact our overall experience and could perhaps have been identified and addressed before settlement. Overall, Brandon was professional and helped facilitate a successful purchase. We would encourage a greater focus on the buyer experience, particularly around post-settlement follow-up and ensuring a smoother handover process, as these small touches can make a significant difference to how clients remember the experience.

Brandon has a very broad knowledge and was able to provide the correct advice. The market wasn’t great for sellers but we were happy with the price Brandon was able to get. We were also expecting the house to sit on the market of weeks of months but thanks to Brandon’s network, we sold much faster than expected. This helped us tremendously with our next purchase.

We have now had Brandon and Carol complete two property sales and we have been very pleased with the process and outcomes for each. When dealing with a real estate agent, from our perspective, it is essential to have clear and timely communication along with professional marketing, negotiation, and sale of the property. We sought guidance right at the start of the process, and in each property sale process this proved invaluable. Getting a well-structured plan in place makes a huge difference and pays off. Brandon and Carol bring very solid market knowledge to the process, and they are exceptionally easy to work with from start to finish. We appreciated their honest and grounded feedback in all our discussions. I recommend Brandon and Carol to any potential seller wanting an agency that works with integrity and in a professional manner. Brandon and Carol focused on getting the best outcome they could for us as the seller - and they worked exceptionally hard to get it. We have now had two excellent experiences! Very highly recommended!
