Andy went above and beyond to sell our apartment. It was a complex sale that he made feel incredibly easy for us. He's a great communicator, and is always available to chat. He never made us feel silly about asking questions (which we did alot given it was the first time we'd sold a property. We'd use Andy again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

It was on a whim that I reconnected with Bron to sell my house, many months after initially making contact. Bron maintained communication during that time and it felt like my property was always of genuine interest and not just in a pool of another generic leads. This was just a great introduction to the incredibly personalized and thoughtful approach to selling my property - as a first time seller of their first home. I was doing this from another town, and no task was too big or too small for Bron. When 'issues' arose, she came to me efficiently with solutions and made the problem never seem like a problem. Bron was honest and fair with her strategy/pricing and I always trusted her advice. If I had another property to sell I would automatically choose Bron.

She is very knowledgeable and takes all the stress out of selling real estate. I didn't have to worry about anything and she was happy to liaise with others involved on mybehalf as it wasn't a straight forward sale. I would happily recommend her to anyone selling.
