Terry knew the property well. Communications were professional but relaxed and he was able to immediately answer most questions put to him. Once a contact was under way, communications and documentation were very speedy and orderly.
I had a number of desirable apartments I wanted to sell in a West Coast holiday spot. A difficult sell at the best of times let alone in this current economic environment. Previous agents had tried with little success and then I was referred to Terry Milton. Despite being located in Nelson Terry took the job on. Within weeks were getting numerous enquiries which resulted in the sale of all apartments @ the price point we were wanting. Terry and Gio kept in constant contact with weekly updates and reports and their team completed all sales with zero issues and zero fuss. The thing that impressed me the most was how hard he worked for us, sometimes travelling long distances, to meet with potential purchasers and to get the contracts signed. A true professional and an excellent Real Estate Agent. If you are looking for someone who works hard for you and delivers I can't recommend highly enough. Thank-you Terry.
