Julia was outstanding from start to finish. In a sale that had a couple of unintended speed bumps, Julia was pragmatic, positive and extremely helpful. Given we don’t live locally, she took care of everything we needed to do, sourcing tradies, cleaners and anyone else. Her communication was outstanding and nothing was a problem. Exceptional service and a heck of a good person. Would highly recommend her.

At our initial contact with Emma when we intimated we were looking to purchase a property in the Merivale/Fendalton area of Christchurch, we were asked our budget, and then recommended to look at the property we ultimately bought.
