He guided me gently through the bidding process, never pushing any price on me, but rather would remind me things he knew about me and the market. He was constantly pointing out more relevant information and would push me to do every due diligence he could think of to make sure there were no surprises in the end and even did some himself! So grateful for that. I personally came with preconceived negative notions of what an agent would be like and while many agents I met along the way fit them well, Rod was very different.
