From our first appraisal until our house sale yesterday it has been a great experience working with Fernanda. She was so enthusiastic about our house, gave us great marketing information. Communication was great from quick txts to comprehensive reports each week we were on the market. We felt she was working for us & gave very positive feedback about what we needed to do for presentation of our house to how we maintained the house throughout the sales campaign. Building up to auction day Fernanda kept us informed about who was interested in bidding, yesterday at auction her caring approach was great.
